The De-TECH Innovation Tech Challenge 2026 expects participants to develop innovative and viable solution ideas addressing real-world industry needs. This year, the program focuses particularly on challenges in the areas of AGRI-FOOD TECHNOLOGIES, CIRCULAR ECONOMY, and SUSTAINABLE BIOECONOMY.

Undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, as well as postdoctoral researchers and academic researchers from all disciplines, can apply in teams of three until May 20, 2026, 23:59 (CET).

Selected teams will be invited to the final event in Hannover, Germany, on July 6-7, 2026; all travel and accommodation expenses for the teams will be covered.
